What qualifies a card
A card is admitted only when two things hold: the probability it turns a profit on a single submission clears a fixed threshold, and its EV lower bound is above zero. That keeps precise-but-lottery-ticket cards — huge payout, tiny odds — off the list. This page shows a seed-shuffled handful of qualifiers, deliberately not the ranked order: the ranking is the paid edge.
